Truly Organic Baking Announces New Product Placement and Exhibiting at the 2010 Winter Fancy Food Show
SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 12, 2010 – Truly Organic Baking, LLC , Women’s Business Enterprise Certified, announces a great change in availability of its Organic and Kosher certified products. Truly Organic Baking products were first available at Whole Foods Market in Campbell, CA in Oct 2007. Now, two years later, these innovative Organic Baking products are being featured in Costco (Los Angeles Region). This is a first for Costco, as Truly Organic Baking is the inaugural Supplier of Organic Banana Bread Mix.
In addition to the mentioned locations, a wide array of Truly Organic Baking products can also be found at such Retailers such as; Grizzly Mountain, Nature’s Bin, Whole Foods (Campbell, Cupertino and Los Gatos), Zany Kitchen, Planet Organics, Mountain Laurel Gift Baskets. Truly Organic Baking is also the only Vendor at Whole Foods offering an Organic Banana Bread Mix and Organic Pizza Dough Mix.
Truly Organic Baking, LLC was launched in April of 2007 at the All Things Organic Trade Show in Chicago, IL. Kari Ani Shiozawa, Founder & CEO, exhibited again in 2008. In 2009, Truly Organic Baking became a Member of NASFT. Since 1955, NASFT has been producing the Fancy Food Show, which showcases North America’s Specialty Food and Beverage, represented by 81 countries. This year, between 16,000 – 24,000 people will be attending the show. 250,000 products will be showcased including Coffee, Cheese, Snacks, Confections, Ethnic, Spices, as well as many Natural and Organic items.
Truly Organic Baking and Shiozawa, created quite an Organic buzz when exhibiting at her first Fancy Food Show in June of 2009 in New York City. This Organic buzz will continue when she exhibits at her second Fancy Food Show in San Francisco on January 17-19, 2010. Truly Organic Baking will be featured in Booth #1775 of the Organic and Natural section, showing off the finest Organic and Kosher certified Baking products. Truly Organic Baking offers their products in Retail, Food Service, Private Label and Club Size.
