Since the weather is beautiful this time of the year, and you have the chance to stroll through the local Farmers's Markets, look around at what is on the tables.... this is what we should be eating this time of the year. :) Local, Organic and Fresh... I understand everyone does not live the Organic Lifestyle, and I also understand how if one takes baby steps towards this lifestyle, one will begin to better understand the reasoning behind living it for the ULTIMATE betterment for PEOPLE and our PLANET.
